  • Idea Genertion
  • EDIC helps cultivate creative ideas for tackling major challenges, so that these ideas can become reality and the projects can be scaled for success. t starts on a very fundamental level, often with a single individual who comes up with a concept he or she thinks should be further explored. This individual brings others in on the ideaincubation process, making the idea stronger and more viable. Ultimately, the ideamay be turned into a product, assuming that funding can be secured and that theidea is commercially viable.

  • Awareness of Available Resources
  • The startups must also be provided with uninterrupted connectivity (internet, electricity & power back up), IT infrastructure, security support and administrative support (printer, copier, scanner etc) to ensure the focus of the entrepreneur is on building the business and not maintaining and fixing the support resources. Often the start-ups waste most of their time in finding access to these support elements and these hiccups divert the energy of the start-ups to non-productive activities.
